Madewini Villas Resort Community is laid out over 230 acres of the 400 acre Splashmins Resort. We offer the finest luxury lakefront living in Guyana ideal for retirement and vacation. Corporate entities can also own a hospitality villa for their guests and employees.
Our residents enjoy spectacular views and a 30 acre lake that has 1/2mile white sand beachfront, a 25 acre farm and fruit grove, campground and an all inclusive luxury resort. ABOUT THE DEVELOPER
Madewini Villas, Guyana’s Premier Gated Resort Community, is the newest addition to the prestigious Ashmin’s Group of Companies. This housing development was started in 2009 as a response to a an absence of properties on the local market which were both high end, and located in an environment of such natural beauty.
The Corporation started operations in the year 1987 with the establishment of the Ashmin’s trading store situated in the Capital City of Georgetown.
In the year 2000, the Corporation ventured into the Tourism Industry with the establishment of the Splashmins Resort, an all-inclusive luxury resort which includes a fun park and an eco-adventure park. This resort is host for many major events in the country and has become one of the most sought after resort destinations.
On December 18, 2006 the Corporation expanded its business by inviting the public to experience shopping in a world class environment with the opening of the City Mall, situated in the heart of the City. This luxurious shopping complex consists of one hundred and twenty eight shops offered for commercial rental.
Throughout its 25 years of operations, its number one priority has always been and, will continue to be, developing quality projects and offering people an unforgettable experience.
