RESIDENTIAL LEASES ISSUED TO RESIDENTS OF MADEWINI VILLAS
The Ashmins Group of Companies, developer of Madewini Villas is proud to announce that leases were issued to Mr. Dhanram Satrohan and Mrs. Fayne Bhudu customers who purchased their home at Madewini Villas, Guyana’s premier resort community. The leases were issued to the residents on Monday June 6, 2011 by the Guyana Lands and Surveys Commission. Present at this occasion were Mr. Lennox John, Managing Director representing Madewini Villas and Mr. Doorga Persaud, Commissioner of the Guyana Lands and Surveys Commission acting for and on behalf of the Government of Guyana. All customers who purchase properties from Madewini Villas will be issued a 99 years residential lease for the property.
