Introductory Pricing Extension

The response we’ve been getting to the Madewini Retirement Resort Community development has been overwhelmingly positive.  The only negative we’re hearing is that individuals just can’t get here before December to take advantage of the introductory pricing.

We heard you, and we’re extending two great programs through December 31st of this year. The first is our special pricing of $40 sq ft USD for our Villas and $7.75 sq ft for waterfront and $6.50 for non-waterfront lots. That means you can get a combination of Villa and lot on average between $70,000-$100,000 USD.

We are also extending our fly-and-buy program through the end of December this year. This program includes up to a week’s stay in our luxury onsite hotel for 50% with a tour of our facility to qualified buyers. Exciting Developments at Madewini

We are bubbling over with excitement here at Madewini. Our 30 seater bus has arrived and the logo has been painted on. This will be the vehicle that will make regular scheduled trips from Madewini to Georgetown for shopping, entertainment and outings.
